1. Scope — Which Apps This Covers
Global Trust IT ("GTIT," "we," "us," "our") operates a family of live-streaming and social apps, currently TrustLive(Golpo Stream), FY Live, and Zone Live (each an "App," collectively the "Apps"). This single Privacy Policy applies to all of them. We may add new Apps under this same policy over time.
2. Information We Collect

3. How We Use Information
- To create and secure your account, and authenticate you (via Firebase Authentication).
- To operate core features: live streaming, chat, gifting, leaderboards, and games.
- To process virtual-item purchases and maintain accurate balances.
- To detect fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms and Conditions, and to keep the community safe.
- To send service notices (e.g. account, moderation, or billing notifications).
- To improve app performance and fix bugs, using aggregated or de-identified data where possible.
5. Data Retention
We retain account and usage data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution obligations. You may request deletion of your account at any time — see Section 6.
6. Your Rights & Choices
- Access & correction: review and update your profile information inside the App at any time.
- Deletion: request deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting us — see Section 11. We may retain limited records where legally required.
- Notifications: manage push-notification permissions from your device settings.
7. Children's Privacy
Our Apps are intended for users 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected information from a user under 18, we will delete it and terminate the associated account.
8. Data Security
We use industry-standard measures — including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and access controls — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. International Transfers
Our infrastructure may be hosted in countries other than your own. By using an App, you understand that your information may be processed in those countries, under this Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date above; continuing to use an App after changes take effect means you accept the revised policy.
