1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to TrustLive ("App," "Service"), developed by GTIT. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our App. By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, strictly do not use our Service.

2. Platform Nature & No Real Money Policy

STRICT ENTERTAINMENT ONLY POLICY:

This platform does not provide any form of real money earnings, salaries, commissions, or payouts.

TrustLive is an Entertainment & Social Interaction Platform.

  • No Earnings: This app is not a job or income source.
  • No Cash Value: All coins, points, items, and assets (Diamonds, Gold, Rewards) are virtual and hold no real-world cash value.
  • No Withdrawals: Users cannot withdraw money or exchange virtual items for fiat currency.

3. User Accounts & Eligibility

To use TrustLive, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Age Limit: Be at least 18 years old.
  • Security: Be responsible for safeguarding your account password.
  • Accuracy: Provide accurate information during registration.

4. Virtual Items Policy

The App uses virtual items (Diamonds, Gifts, Gold) to enhance user experience. These items are non-refundable and non-transferable.

🔹 Diamonds (Virtual Coin)

Used to send gifts and play games. Diamonds are not real money and cannot be converted back into cash.

🔹 Gifts & Gold (Performance Indicator)

When a user receives a Gift, they accumulate "Gold."

  • Usage: Gold acts strictly to increase User Level and Leaderboard Ranking.
  • ❌ No Cash Out: Gold cannot be withdrawn as money.
  • ❌ No Claims: Gold grants no right to claim monetary benefits.

🔹 Agency Rewards

Top Agencies may receive Diamonds as a virtual promotional bonus. These do not represent salary or commission and cannot be cashed out.

🔹 Games Policy

All games are for entertainment only. Users cannot win or lose real money.

5. User Conduct & Prohibited Acts

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Fake Claims: Claiming or implying that the app provides real money earnings.
  • Scams: Promoting "Make Money" schemes or soliciting off-platform payments.
  • Harassment: engaging in hate speech, bullying, or illegal acts.
  • Fraud: Attempting to trade virtual items for real money.

Ban Policy: We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban any account found violating these policies.

6. User-Generated Content (UGC)

You retain ownership of the content you create (Live streams, chats). However, by posting User Content, you grant GTIT a worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display your content in connection with the Service.

7. In-App Purchases & Items

  • No Monetary Value: Virtual Items are not currency.
  • Non-Refundable: All purchases of Virtual Items are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.
  • License: Your purchase grants you a limited license to use the Virtual Items within the App only.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

The TrustLive Service and its original content (excluding User Content) are the exclusive property of GTIT. Our trademarks may not be used without prior written consent.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service and any Virtual Items will immediately cease.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

  • "AS IS" Basis: The Service is provided without warranties of any kind.
  • Third-Party Transactions: The Platform does not manage or guarantee any off-platform transactions.
  • Liability: In no event shall GTIT be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. By continuing to use our Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
