Terms and Conditions

1. Scope — Which Apps This Covers

Global Trust IT ("GTIT," "we," "us") develops and operates a family of live-streaming and social apps, currently including TrustLive(Golpo Stream), FY Live, and Zone Live (each an "App," collectively the "Apps"). We may add, rename, or retire Apps from time to time; this single Terms and Conditions document, and the accompanying Privacy Policy, apply to all of them unless a specific App states otherwise inside the App itself.

2. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of any App published by GTIT. By creating an account, accessing, or using an App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

3. Platform Nature & No Real Money Policy

Each App is an entertainment and social-interaction platform.

• No Earnings: Using an App is not a job or income source.
• No Cash Value: All coins, points, and items (e.g. Diamonds, Gold, Rewards) are virtual and hold no real-world cash value.
• No Withdrawals: Users cannot withdraw money or exchange virtual items for fiat currency.

4. User Accounts & Eligibility

To use an App, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Age Limit: Be at least 18 years old.
• Security: Keep your account credentials confidential and be responsible for activity on your account.
• Accuracy: Provide accurate information during registration.

5. Virtual Items Policy

Apps may use virtual items (e.g. coins, gifts, gold) to enhance the user experience. These items are non-refundable and non-transferable outside the App they were issued in.

🔹 Virtual Coins

Used to send gifts and, where offered, play in-app games. Virtual coins are not real money and cannot be converted back into cash.

🔹 Gifts & Reward Points

Receiving a gift may accumulate reward points ("Gold" or similar) used strictly to increase a user's level or leaderboard ranking.

• ❌ No Cash Out: Reward points cannot be withdrawn as money.
• ❌ No Claims: Reward points grant no right to any monetary benefit.

🔹 Agency / Partner Rewards

Top-performing agencies or partners may receive virtual coins as a promotional bonus. These do not represent salary or commission and cannot be cashed out.

🔹 Games Policy

Where an App includes games, they are for entertainment only. Users cannot win or lose real money.

6. User Conduct & Prohibited Acts

You agree not to use any App to:

• Make False Claims: Claim or imply that an App provides real-money earnings.
• Run Scams: Promote "make money" schemes or solicit off-platform payments.
• Harass Others: Engage in hate speech, bullying, or other illegal or abusive conduct.
• Commit Fraud: Attempt to trade virtual items for real money.

Ban Policy: We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban any account found violating these policies, in any App.

7. User-Generated Content (UGC)

You retain ownership of content you create (live streams, chats, posts). By posting content in an App, you grant GTIT a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, and display it in connection with operating that App.

8. In-App Purchases & Refunds

• No Monetary Value: Virtual items are not currency.
• Non-Refundable: Purchases of virtual items are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
• License, Not Ownership: A purchase grants a limited license to use the virtual item within that App only.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

Each App and its original content (excluding User Content) is the property of GTIT. Our trademarks and app names may not be used without prior written consent.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, without prior notice, for breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App and any virtual items immediately ceases.

11. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• "AS IS" Basis: Apps are provided without warranties of any kind.
• Third-Party Transactions: We do not manage or guarantee off-platform transactions between users.
• Liability: To the extent permitted by law, GTIT is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of an App.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of your own country of residence.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continuing to use an App after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
